1. Scope

This policy governs use of the OrgTool software, our websites, and the optional connected services (account sign-in, licensing, and billing). Because OrgTool runs locally and we do not host your organizational data, most of this policy concerns how you use the Software's outputs and our services — not how we handle your data (see the Privacy Policy and Security pages for that).

2. Lawful use of analytical outputs

The Software computes statistical screens (including adverse-impact and WARN threshold analysis) intended to help you comply with employment law. You must not use the Software or its outputs to plan, disguise, or execute unlawful discrimination or retaliation, to evade legally required notice or consultation obligations, or to construct selections that circumvent the protections those laws provide. 3. Data you load

You must have the legal right to process any personnel data you load into the Software, including under applicable privacy and employment laws and any works-council or collective agreements. When you use the optional AI analysis feature, you are responsible for ensuring you may transmit the approved fields to Anthropic's API under your own API terms.

4. Licence integrity

You must not circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat licence enforcement or feature gating; forge, alter, or misuse licence keys or audit-pack countersignatures; or resell, sublicense, or share licences outside your organisation except as your plan expressly allows.

5. Connected services

You must not probe, overload, or disrupt our sign-in, licensing, billing, or verification endpoints; attempt to access another account; or use the services to send spam or malicious content.
